WM.S. Rich - NJ's Largest and Oldest Pawnbroker

New Loan Co. William S. Rich and Son (WSR) is a personal financial services provider and retailer of jewelry and general merchandise originally incorporated in New Jersey in 1890. The company was owned and operated in Newark by the Rich family until 1985 when it was purchased by the Sablosky and Valvano families both of which have been involved with the company for over 40 years. Since 1985 the company has grown from the current Newark store at 857 Broad Street to now also include locations in Belleville, Union and North Plainfield.

WSR has become New Jersey's largest pawnbroker and one of the largest privately held pawnbrokers in the nation.
